First time visit and previous doctor had faxed my entire chart to the practice. But apparently wasn't scanned in. So the doctor was unable to discuss my history and made no attempt to figure out what happened. Clled my previous doctor who insisted they faxed it and they said they would refax. And now still wondering what happened to the last and what happened to the refax. Joined this practice as I recently moved. And waited a few months to get this appointment
