Michael A. Valentino, MD, PHD, PhD
Dr. Michael Valentino grew up in West Chester, PA and attended St. Joseph's Prep high school in Philadelphia, PA. He received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Biology and Chemistry from Fordham University where he graduated with highest honors. He received both his Medical Degree and Doctorate Degree in Molecular Pharmacology from Thomas Jefferson University. He stayed on to complete his Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He has won many awards throughout his training and has published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles. He practices general cardiology with special expertise in cardiac imaging, and is a certified specialist in cardiac CT and nuclear cardiology interpretation.
