Main Line Health's free six-session program to help tobacco users and nicotine vapers quit smoking. Sessions will include stress management, coping strategies and relapse prevention. Participants may be eligible to receive free Nicotine Replacement Therapy. All sessions are virtual and a Zoom link is provided after registration.

Spring 2024 programs:

  • Wednesdays: March 27, April 3, 10, 17, 24, May 1 — 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
  • Tuesdays: April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, May 7 — 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
  • Fridays: April 12, 19, 26, May 3, 10, 17 — 2 to 3 p.m.
  • Tuesdays: April 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28, June 4 — 10 to 11 a.m.
  • Tuesdays: May 21, 28, June 4, 11, 18, 25 — 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
