Karrie Borgelt

Senior Vice President, Development

Karrie Borgelt joined Main Line Health as senior vice president for development in November 2017. In this role, she oversees the effort to generate philanthropic support for Main Line Health's member hospitals. Karrie will also serve as Main Line Health's senior executive to support the planning for and operations of the Governance Affairs Committee of Main Line Health's Board of Governors.

Borgelt has nearly 20 years of experience in leading effective and results-driven fundraising campaigns in health care and higher education. Most recently, Borgelt served as chief development officer at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia. Prior to her role at Fox Chase Cancer Center, Borgelt was the director of Major Gifts at the Abramson Cancer Center, Penn Medicine. Before entering health care, she held leadership positions in alumni relations at Cornell University and Drew University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York.
