I have an eclectic style, incorporating cognitive-behavior therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, with a foundation of systems theory. I believe in the benefits of group therapy, especially with teenagers, as it allows for connection and accountability on a peer-to-peer level. I have worked with Main Line Health and Mirmont since 2015, working with the adolescent Partial Hospital Program. I love the challenge and the complexity of working with teenagers, helping them to learn how to advocate for themselves while developing skills that will help them navigate life beyond high school.
