Nursing Supervisor (Evenings) @ Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital (Malvern, PA)

With minimal supervision from the Director of Nursing, the supervisor is responsible for the coordination and management of clinical practice activities and quality care delivery during the evening shift.  The Nursing Supervisor functions as the on site administrative designee and is authorized to act as the administrative designee on evening shift. Reports patient care issues to Administrative Director of Nursing, Medical Services, site Assistant Vice President and Patient Care Managers.  Reports staffing issues to the Assistant Vice President, Nursing Operations.

Education

• Bachelor of Science Degree preferred.

Licensures & Certifications

• Current registration as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of nursing experience
• One year of supervisory experience or equivalent required
