Main Line Health Email

Main Line Health Information Services has created a secure link for employee email, which you may use while away from the office. This connection will require that you know your MLH alias for logon, and your normal password. (If you are unsure of your alias, check general information for your address listing in the MLH online email directory.) more

MLH Self Service (ePay, eBenefits, eRecruit)

Main Line Health provides convenient online access to a variety of HR related functions through MLH Self Service. You can view/print your paycheck information using ePay; enroll in benefits using eBenefits, or check available jobs using eRecruit. These services can be accessed from both work and home. More online services will be added to the MLH Self Service lineup in the future. more

Benefits Express

Benefits Express was designed to provide you with all the information you need to understand and use your employee benefit programs effectively. Access information about a wide range of benefit plans offered by Main Line Health. You can also use this site during Open Enrollment to make your annual benefit elections. more

FIRSTCALL Employee Assistance Program

FIRSTCALL can help you with the issues complicating your life at work, at school and at home... stress, relationships, legal matters, financial concerns, childcare, eldercare and more. Through in-person counseling, telephone and Internet resourcing, innovative Web site programming and printed materials, FIRSTCALL provides the assistance employees and families need to address and resolve the personal, family and work/life issues. more

FIRSTCALL's healthcare advocacy services, provided by Health Advocate, are designed to help you and your family members get the best healthcare available. You now can access the services of a Personal Health Advocate (PHA) who will guide you through the complexities of the health care system and facilitate all possible solutions. Your PHA will handle all of the in-between steps and deal with time-consuming, sometimes burdensome issues as you need appointments, information, second opinions, community services and any other resources to deal with a health issue. To access your PHA, simply call FIRSTCALL at 800-382-2377.

Employee Performance Management System

Main Line Health's Employee Performance Management System (EPM) is a software tool that allows managers and employees to create and deliver performance appraisals in an electronic format. eAppraisal, a segment of EPM, provides performance appraisal feedback in an efficient electronic format replacing the current paper process. In addition, eAppraisal provides employees with new tools to record and capture employee achievements and objectives throughout the performance cycle for future reference and recognition. (Note: You will need your MLH Username and Password to access EPM). more

BidShift

BidShift is a new web-based program that allows nursing staff to view and request to work open shifts for which they are qualified across all three acute care Main Line hospitals (Bryn Mawr, Lankenau and Paoli). It's easy...simply log in, view open shifts and make your requests. Managers will then view requests and award shifts. more

Nursing Intranet

Main Line Health has created access to the nursing intranet site to allow nursing staff access from home or other convenient sites during non-working hours. The nursing site offers news and links to education and resources. more

Computer-Based Training (CBT)

HealthStream (for all employees except Riddle Memorial Hospital and Mirmont)

Log in
Your User ID and initial password is your Employee ID number.
When you Log On for the first time, you will be prompted immediately to create a unique password.

NetLearning (for Riddle Memorial Hospital and Mirmont only)

Log in
Your Participant ID is a combination of the first five letters of the last name, your first initial, and last four digits of your social security number. Those with a last name less than five letters should enter a space in lieu of a letter.
- Example:
  - Employee Name: John Smith
  - Social Security Number: 123-456-7891
  - Participant ID: SMITHJ7891
- Example:
  - Employee Name: Jane Mack
  - Social Security Number: 123-456-7891
  - Participant ID: MACK J7891

If you have any issues logging into or using the system, please contact the Help Desk at 610-993-2332 (59-2332). When contacting the Help Desk please specify which location you are calling from as well as the system you are using.

Alaris Smart IV Pump Computer Based Training

HealthStream is hosting the Alaris CBT to support training for the Alaris Smart IV Pump implementation. The login process will be a little different that if you were logging into our own internal CBT system. Your user ID is your employee ID and your password is your last name. Password is case sensitive and has been imported into this CBT system with the first letter capitalized.
